We work with fighters for a minimum of 5 weeks, providing a structured, supportive partnership from the start of camp all the way through to fight night.

We don’t believe in boring, repetitive diets that leave you feeling flat. You’ll receive a tailored meal plan designed specifically for your training load and weight class, with enough variety to keep you feeling good throughout the camp.
Weekly Check-ins & Reviews
Every week, we sit down to review your progress. We look at how you’re feeling and how the plan is working for you, making adjustments whenever needed to make sure you’re staying on track for the scales.
Expert Support When You Need It
You have access to me throughout the week for any questions that pop up. Whether you’re unsure about a meal choice or how to manage a heavy training day, I’m here to help you navigate it.
The Fight Week & Refuel Strategy
The final week is where the detail matters most. We provide:
