Our classes are kept to small numbers to ensure everyone is getting the best workout possible with the correct technique. Keeping our reformer classes boutique allows us to cater for all fitness levels and tailor your workout to ensure your workout is effective and safe.

At Bodhi & Co we like to do things a bit differently and thats why your classes include an after class treat. You can choose from a takeaway coffee, smoothie, juice or even a protein ball.

First class is always free and needs to be booked online
