Donna has been in the health and fitness industry for well over 10 years and has successfully run her own mobile personal training business and worked as the Community Health Coordinator and group fitness manager of a large sports facility in Melbourne. As well as being a passionate and dedicated personal and group fitness instructor, Donna also has a keen interest and invaluable knowledge about health and nutrition. Donna aims to show you how to merge your lifestyle and fitness goal together so that your goals are achievable and maintainable at the same time. With her extensive background in the health and fitness industry, Donna takes the time to understand what you need and tailors your training and nutrition around your fitness goals.
Our personal training sessions are tailored to all fitness levels and abilities. Donna has a strong background and knowledge in pre and post natal exercise training and often works with new and expectant mums to achieve their goals. Donna’s personal background involves a range of sports, but more recently a professional Muay Thai Fighter.
